Orvieto is a gem and one of the most spectacularly sited cities in the whole of Italy: the countryside and places around are no less fascinating. See and photograph them See and photograph them with us or let us lead you on walks through history

Paul Hartcourt Davies & Lois Ferguson decided to move to Italy to live and to work after traveling together and separately all over the country - both leading tours and on photographic assignments for books and magazines. They kept coming back to the region because it felt right: this is unspoiled Italy and a profound sense of history and timelessness pervades everything.

Weather you decide to choose a day's photography or a day's walking, we can tailor-make days out to suit you weather in this region or further afield.

On all our days out we will stop for a picnic lunch which we provide with local meats & cheeses, seasonal fresh fruit and local wines.

Footwear: wear whatever you feel most comfortable in but light weight walking shoes or trainer would be appropriates would be appropriate. Note that on the walks some of the paths are uneven under foot.

Suncream and hat are advisable if hot.
