A Cooking Adventure in Harrison (NY)

Every year the Locanda Rosati closes for vacation in January and February.

This year (2009) Giampiero and Paolo spent some of their vacation time in the US. They went to Harrison (NY) to visit their friends Caren and Dan, who graciously arranged for Paolo to offer cooking lessons in their home. In one week about 25 Italian food lovers participated in the preparation and enjoyment of typical Umbrian and Tuscan dishes. It was such a joyous experience that they are going to repeat the course again next year.
