We have just backed to Tokyo! We stayed only 2 night at Locanda Rosati on 18th and 19th October, but we should have stayed more!! We had good time with Giampiero, other staffs and guests! 

 One day we want to be back to Locanda Rosati. Miss the foods we had there; The best dinner we had in Italy.

Nous avons été deux fois dans cet endroit vraiment fabuleux et nous y retournons cette année aussi au mois d'août.

Toujours reçu comme des amis dans une magnifique batisse où il fait bon se reposer.

Les chambres sont trés belles et complétes.

Le jardin est grand,bien entretenu et la piscine un vrai bijoux pour se reposer.

Tout est pensé pour se sentir comme a la maison et cela donne l'envie d'y revenir.

Nos hôtes sont accessibles,agréables et surtout professionnels ainsi que le personnel.

La cuisine est un délice du petit déjeuner au souper.

Quel régal ce repas dans cette magnifique salle a manger où les convives se retrouvent pour déguster un repas extraordinaire.

Vraiment je conseille a toute personne voulant découvrir l'Ombrie de s'arrêter dans cet agritourime.

We stayed at Locanda Rosati almost 11 years ago. It was and still is the highlight of our trip to Italy. Giampiero, Paolo and Simona were the ultimate hosts. I cannot wait to go back. We recommend Locanda Rosati to all our friends. The best dinners we had in all of Italy.

Trovato quasi per caso, siamo approdati in un posto fantastico... accoglienza fuori dal comune, cena da lode sia per la qualità che per la compagnia... camera accogliente e confortevole, bella e grande la piscina... il tutto immerso nel verde e nel più assoluto silenzio... sembra impossibile essere a meno di 10km da Orvieto!

We finally stayed 7 nights and it was the best time of our whole vacation !!!

io e il mio compagno abbiamo trovato la locanda per caso, mercoledì 16 giugno, su suggerimento di un ristorante vicino. Siamo arrivati da Jean Pierre in moto molto tardi, alle 8.30 di sera stanchi ed affamati e l'accoglienza è stata veramente grandiosa....poichè avevano già servito la cena, con aria molto dispiaciuta ci ha detto che purtroppo aveva a disposizione da offrirci solo: antipasto di salumi, pasta all'amatriciana e arrosto con patate.....!!! eccezionale!!!! dovevamo fermarci solo una notte e ci siamo rimasti per 3!! il posto è spettacolare e le persone che lo gestiscono sono eccezionali (scusa Jean Pierre, ma al primo posto ci metto il cuoco!!!)
lo consiglio vivamente a chi vuole concedersi una pausa di relax, piacevole compagnia e ottima cucina casalinga...

Ho soggiornato alla locanda Rosati, con il mio compagno, dal 2 al 5 giugno 2010.
Ho scoperto per caso questo splendido posto e lo consiglio veramente a tutti coloro che amano la qualità, l'ospitalità e il buon cibo accompagnati da un'ambiente esteticamente perfetto in ogni dettaglio.
Giampiero è un padrone di casa eccezionale e insieme a tutto il suo staff molto attento alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti.
Spero di tornarci presto!!!!!!!

Stayed at Locanda Rosati for 3 nights in mid May 2010 with 4 other friends. It was the highlight of our trip. The place is a dream and the staff super attentive. Great food and vino. We actually got to stay in the kitchen and watch Paolo and Gupta cook. What a treat. I would highly recommend this place. I cannot wait to come back for a much longer period of time. Giampiero was an amazing host.

Our stay at Locanda Rosati was the highlight of our trip to Italy. Giampiero, Paolo, Simona and their staff were gracious and hospitable. We thorougly enjoyed Paolo's delicious culinary creations served at the long dining-room table each evening. We met new friends from all over the world during these special dinners. Giampiero was a wonderful host. He drove us to and from the city center of Orvieto so we could sightsee on the days that we did not have a rental car. Simona assisted us in making hotel reservations in Tuscany, and made arrangements for us to get a rental car. Everyone was so friendly and helpful!

Locanda Rosati is situated in a beautiful part of Umbria. It was easy to travel to other special locations including Montepulciano, Pienza and Lake Bolsena.

We were lucky enough to visit Locanda Rosati for a couple of days at the end of Sept. Our hosts were most gracious, the room upstairs was large and comfortable, the food great, and the grounds beautiful.Just last week we were talking to visitors from Rome about our visit here. We will return!

We just wanted to say how very much we enjoyed our five days at Locanda Rosati. Giampiero, Simona and Paolo were wonderful hosts and their suggestions for seeing Umbria cannot be beat. The food was outstanding, some of the best we had in Italy and the surroundings and accomodations were delightful. We look forward to someday staying there again.

Our 3 days at Locanda Rosati were the highlight of our 2 week trip in Italy. The food was great, the room was perfect, and the countryside is beautiful. Thanks so much for helping make our first trip to Italy so special.
