Suggestion:
If you are driving a rental car (Avis or Hertz) and you are planning to visit Rome or Florence after your stay at Locanda Rosati, we suggest you to drop-off the car in Avis or Hertz offices (in front of Orvieto's railway station) and take the train directly to the cities. Same suggestion is still valid if you need to reach Rome Fiumicino Airport: drop the car in Orvieto and use the train to get to the airport: easier and faster!
