THE COOKING SCHOOL

We cannot say that we have really visited and known a place, without having tasted its cuisine. So, what a better way than to participate in our courses at Locanda Rosati to learn the secrets of traditional Umbrian cuisine? By attending our courses you will be able to prepare our typical dishes, following step by step by our chef Nicola who will accompany you on this interesting journey through the specific techniques used in our traditional meals.


The chef will guide you through all the steps to create a complete menu.
It is an authentic adventure in the Umbrian cooking.
The course will be organized over 4 days. Every day you will learn about new ingredients, you will cook a different dish and finally you will know the basic techniques to make our recipes.
At the end of the cooking course you will receive a certificate of attendance signed by our Chef.
You may also combine the cooking class with other activities to make your experience more interesting.
